Practice Reading the Tagalog Phonetics - ABaKaDa
The Tagalog phonetics has sixteen (16) consonant letters only, Bb Kk Dd Gg Hh Ll Mm Nn Ññ NGng Pp Rr Ss Tt Ww Yy, and five (5) vowel letters Aa Ee Ii Oo Uu.
It is composed of the Abakada alphabet, including the consonant letters Ññ and NGng.
Unlike the English and the Official Tagalog phonetics, the consonant letters Cc Ff Jj Qq Vv Xx Zz are excluded.
These English alphabets were just added to the Modern/Official Filipino Alphabet in 1987.
